This was just a suitable option for a short staycation in Taxco de Alarcon with incredible value for money. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly good, giving us a great start to our day of exploring. Just be prepared for some stairs if you're not on the ground level.

The hotel offers a comfy Deluxe Suite with a stunning view of Taxco from the balcony and friendly, attentive staff throughout the property! !
As beautiful as the hotel is, its age shows, with some facilities needing significant upgrades and the shower water being lukewarm at best.

The large pool was a hit with the kids, and we enjoyed live piano music at La Bodega. The views from our room were impressive, especially at sunset. Staying with friends made it more fun while exploring Taxco together.
In my wife’s opinion, the bathrooms need better upkeep.

The location was fantastic, just a short 10-minute walk to the city center. The atmosphere was charming, and some rooms offered stunning views that really enhanced the experience. The pool area was also nice and provided a perfect spot to relax after exploring.
Unfortunately, the mattresses were quite old and uncomfortable, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep.

i stayed in taxco before, but posada de la mision, hotel museo y jardin really blew me away this time. the breathtaking views from my room and the large pool made my stay special. i truly enjoyed the beautiful sunrises and sunsets right from my balcony.
